Amy Collucci

Director, Business Development

Amy Collucci has over 15 years of experience across many areas of the Intelligence Community (IC) and is an experienced program manager who has supported the Intelligence Community and commercial companies. Amy’s career has been built on exemplary work and detailed reporting. Her background and experience make her a trusted colleague and an executive invested in advancing the careers of her subordinates. Additionally, Amy focuses on ensuring that only the finest in deliverables and staffing are provided to clients.

Prior to becoming a member of the Dynanet team, Amy was a Technical Analyst and Program Manager at Renegade Technology. She facilitated the onboarding, off-boarding, and retention of personnel as a sub-contractor on a 1,200 FTE Intelligence Community contract. At Renegade, Amy regularly conducted interviews and oversaw the career paths of employees on the contract.

Prior to Renegade and after returning to Washington DC, Amy was a data exploiter at Booz Allen Hamilton. In this role she conducted traditional research, analyzed data, and proved critically valuable information on illicit financial actors. She utilized multiple data tools in order to review records for relevant information. Amy regularly presented findings to senior client leadership and interagency partners.

For two years Amy served as a Senior Compliance Analyst / Technical Audit Manager at Fiserv in Wallingford, CT. There, Amy acted as Project Manager for Business Unit Risk and Resilience requirements and projects. She participated in project planning; determined project needs in advance and established the appropriate timeline to complete projects on time. She was responsible for keeping current on present and future regulatory and compliance requirements. She used established IT audit work programs and tools to review, assess and test information technology controls at the business unit locations. Specific audit areas included: Information Security & Privacy, Networks (LAN/WAN, wireless and VPN), Database Administration, Computer Operations (including platform management and security), Systems & Development (including project management, SDLC and change control), Physical Security, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning and Client and Data Services.

Amy continued her career as an intelligence analyst at Altamira. At Altamira, Amy analyzed all-source intelligence to identify individuals, networks or organizations of interest and proposed avenues of operational access to targets.

Amy pursued her career as a contractor at L-3 and SpecTal/BAE where she utilized databases to analyze and validate a wide variety of information on potential threats with a focus on terrorism. As she continued to progress within the BAE Systems company structure, Amy became a team lead for a group of technical operators.

She began her career as a staff auditor in the IC where she created and organized write-ups, analyzed financial information and assisted in writing formal audit reports. While in this position, Amy gained functional knowledge of governmental accounting and management concepts, principals and techniques.

Amy graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing and a Minor in International Business.
