President and CEO
Sean Peay

Our president, CEO and founder, Sean established Dynanet in 1995 as a way to provide superior information technology engineering and management services to state and federal agencies. He is committed to excellence in customer service and the success of each and every Dynanet employee. Under Sean’s leadership, Dynanet has moved from an IT and professional services company to a full IT systems integration company. When not at work, Sean’s passion is soccer. A former college player, he can be found on the sidelines of his daughters’ games.

Bill Gillan

Focusing on corporate growth and ongoing operational health, our cofounder comes from a background of finance and private equity. An entrepreneur at heart, Bill knows what it takes to not only establish a company’s financial underpinnings, his expertise in operations and partnerships makes Dynanet a strong player in our target markets. Off hours you can find him on a nearby lake with his favorite fishing rod in hand.

A strategic thinker and a key thought leader in the IT systems world, Peter knows the civilian government and healthcare space. Trained as a systems engineer, his skills as a communicator have helped him chart a course through the IT consulting world, leaving a significant trail of accomplishments. Peter is in high demand as a speaker at events and online. He is also an avid collector and expert in mechanical wrist watches.

Jake Flowers

Every organization needs an effective financial guide. We have one of the best in Jake Flowers. Jakes attention to detail of everything from monthly billings to closings, taxes to internal audit, and financial statements to treasury administration, Jake knows Dynanet’s numbers inside and out. A CPA with a degree in economics and experience as an auditor with a large consulting firm, make him our financial go-to guy. In his off hours, Jake is an unabashed fan and supporter of his alma mater, the University of Maryland.

Joey Pahira

Vice President of Health Care

Joey is passionate about positively impacting the healthcare ecosystem. With more than 15 years of consulting experience serving clients and growing high-performing teams, Joey prides himself on building trusted relationships and working collaboratively to navigate complex stakeholder and business environments. Joey is wholly focused on helping Federal health organizations transform operations by taking advantage of emerging technologies.

The only thing that tops Joey’s passion for customer success is his time with his family. You can find him on his off-hours at a playground or hiking in a park with his kids, Charley and Jack, and his wife Rachel.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) making process improvement priority #1. Many years as a project manager living and breathing industry’s best practices (CMMI and ISO) daily on commercial, state, and federal projects makes it second nature to manage Quality Assurance at Dynanet. When Bruce is not analyzing, evaluating, and implementing improvements to meet business quality and process performance objectives, he is probably building something in his woodshop or enjoying life on the family farm.

Sherri Brown

Sherri manages all aspects of Dynanet’s corporate branding, social media and marketing strategy development to increase awareness of Dynanet’s customer-focused solutions. She also manages Dynanet’s proposal process linking Dynanet’s key messages to its proven customer approaches. In her spare time, Sherri enjoys spending time with her three kids and husband at the beach and can be found most weekends on the sidelines watching a lacrosse game or in the stands cheering at her kid’s basketball games.

Suzanne has nearly a decade of security and vetting experience that she brings to her role at Dynanet.  Ensuring a secure work environment is paramount and she manages the security and clearances needed for the staff and facility. When not working you might find Suzanne enjoying a round of golf, playing cornhole or anything around the water with family and friends.

Diane Shell

Assistant Controller
Diane Shell

Diane Shell has been with Dynanet for over 21 years. She is the authority on all things Dynanet. As the Assistant Controller she is responsible for contracts maintenance, monthly billing, payroll, health insurance renewals and administration of health insurance.

She has a B.A. degree in Psychology from Salisbury University. In her off hours she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, pickleball, league bowling and collecting shells on nearby beaches.

Megan’s dedication to Dynanet has propelled her from office manager to staff accountant. Megan is the go-to for all things dollars and cents. Outside of the office Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
