Robert joined Dynanet as the Director of Federal Health. Robert has over 10 years of experience focused on delivery and growth within Federal Health agencies. His ability to understand regulations, policies and customer needs allows him to provide the best solutions to agency partners. Outside of work, you can find Robert golfing, attending daughter’s sports practices or traveling with family.

Byron joined Dynanet as a Zero Trust Subject Matter Expert. Byron is a Senior IT Leader and Cyber Security Professional with 30+ years of experience orchestrating technical consulting teams and spearheading programmatic, high-performance technology and information security solutions in support of large-scale, mission-critical IT programs. He is prolific in Cloud Security Architecture, IT Governance Risk and Compliance, Information Systems and Security Engineering, Information Systems Assurance, and Information Systems Incident Management. Outside of work, Byron enjoys the peaceful waters of the Chesapeake Bay estuary, partaking in boating and fishing, traveling, and valuing time with his wife and young children.

Mary Debrah joined our NHI team as a Tester. She has eight years experience working in Agile, Waterfall, SAFe and DevOps software development. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, listening to music, and reading.

Jarrett joined Dynanet in April 2024 to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) contract focused on IT Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture. He has over 15 years of experience managing complex IT initiatives and implementations across a variety of federal agencies. His attention to detail, strategic vision, and customer focus enables him to develop strong client relationships and succeed in challenging environments. Outside of work, Jarrett enjoys traveling, hiking, playing tennis, and cooking for friends and family.
