Castro Frimpong

With over 13 years as a business analyst, Castro Frimpong has excelled in aligning business needs with strategic solutions, showcasing a talent for detailed planning and requirement analysis. Castro enjoys watching sports outside of work and cherishes family time, balancing a successful career with personal passions.

Ashenafi Gari

Ashenafi is a software engineer with more than a decade of experience. He is passionate about full-stack development and software architecture. He is Joining the Dynanet HHS team as a senior software engineer. Outside of work, Ashenafi enjoys watching soccer, working out, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog.

Arkady Vilpan

Arkady is full stack software developer with over 20 years of extensive experience in all phases of software application development and life cycle support including design, development, test, and documentation in financial, pharmaceutical, federal government and production environments. He is joining the Dynanet as .NET developer.  Outside of work, he likes to go to gym, running, watch sport, reading, art, music and traveling.

Crystal Mayanja

Crystal Mayanja is a native Washingtonian. She has a background in writing and international affairs and holds a B.A. in Journalism and a M.A. in International Development. Her career background includes working in media, grant writing and fundraising, policy and technical writing, and international development programmatic work. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Terry Palmer

Terry is an experienced software engineer with more than 10 years of IT experience. He is passionate about full stack development and cloud services infrastructure. He is joining the Dynanet HHS team as a Sr. Web Programmer. In his free time, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as being outdoors hunting and fishing.

Dan Nguyen

Dan is a software developer with over ten years of experience. He has been supporting Dynanet for the past 9 years under the former OPM and currently under the DCSA contract. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, baking, playing tennis, and walking his dog and cat. Dan welcomed a baby girl in May!

Bennett Lauber

With over two decades of experience leading and promoting Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design (HCD), Bennett has a proven track record of success in delivering innovative, user-centered solutions across the entire software development life-cycle.He specializes in working with cross-functional teams, including local and remote development organizations, to create and promote UX standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Irena Oleynik

Irena is an experienced project manager with more than 22 years of proven success collaborating with government agencies and Fortune 500 clients to establish program operations and facilitate business transformations. Known for her enthusiastic, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach, she is particularly strong in leading high-performing cross-functional teams and effecting large-scale organizational change. Irena is brining her talents to Dynanet’s HHS contract as a senior project manager. Outside of work, Irena enjoys spending time with her family and being the mother of two children.  A native Washingtonian, Irena enjoys walking our beautiful city, the arts, culture and theater.

Ermias Molla

Ermias Molla has over eight years experience as a SharePoint Developer. Currently, Ermias works as a SharePoint Developer for the Office of Inspector General Health and Human Services. His primary role is to develop and design SharePoint sites, update OIG’s website, and provide technical assistance were needed. On his time off, he loves photography and spending time with his family.

Amalio Escobar

Amalio was born in Mexico City and is passionate about Enterprise Architecture and Data Management.  Over the last 20 years he has supported various government organizations, such as HUD, FDA, FAA, and USCIS.  Amalio is bringing his talents to Dynanet’s HHS contract as a Data Architect. He is interested in Architecture, Urbanism, History, Anthropology, Cosmology, Mathematics, Physics, Science in general, Environmental Issues and Social Justice.  In his free time, he loves to sail, bike, go for long walks and enjoy good food.
