Dynanet provides comprehensive application support services for the Maryland Department of IT (DoIT). Our efforts are directed towards maintaining and enhancing the State’s public-facing web systems, which serve all executive branch agencies, including the primary state portal, Maryland.gov. Dynanet provides centralized web technical services and support, ensuring that the various executive branch agencies have robust and reliable web infrastructure. We manage enterprise content management systems, facilitating smooth content operations across different departments. Additionally, we provide support and development for web applications, helping the state create new web solutions and upgrade existing ones to meet evolving needs.
Our scope of work includes software application support and administration, specifically tailored for DoIT’s operational systems. This encompasses both routine maintenance and new development projects, which are essential for the continuous improvement of the state’s web presence.
We provide ongoing maintenance and operations for websites and web applications hosted in SharePoint and WordPress content management systems. Furthermore, our team handles the full lifecycle of building and operating the underlying infrastructure, which is hosted on AWS and Tier Point. This includes implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect both infrastructure and applications and ensuring disaster recovery capabilities are in place.
