Keia James
Keia James joins Dynanet as a Business System Specialist supporting our Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Support Services project. Keia brings experience in automation and data visualization, with hands-on work using Power Automate, UiPath, and Power BI, and is excited to support business transformation efforts across the program. In her free time, Keia enjoys karaoke, trying new recipes, and binge-watching a good TV show.
Chris Spencer
Chris Spencer joins Dynanet as a Senior Web Programmer. He brings over two decades of experience in web development, Python, and database-driven systems, with a background building and maintaining scalable platforms across a range of industries. Outside of work, Chris enjoys hiking, playing music, and working on personal software and hardware projects.
Jeremiah Mensah
Jeremiah Mensah joins the Dynanet team as a Jr. Full Stack Developer on our CAMERA project. Jeremiah has experience working in web development using React, PostgreSQL, Python, Java, and Node.js as well as experience working with AWS. In his free time, Jeremiah enjoys playing soccer, working out, watching anime, and playing video games.
Gretchen Callahan
Gretchen Callahan joins Dynanet as a System Administrator supporting ACF. She is a recent graduate from American University where she studied software development and data analysis. In her free time, Gretchen loves to crochet stuffed animals, play video games, and support DC sports.
Katie Needham
Katie Needham is joining Dynanet as a Director of Healthcare Innovation & Strategic Partnerships. Katie brings more than a decade of experience in project management and has a strong passion for driving innovation at the intersection of project management, product development, and science. Her strategic mindset and collaborative approach will play a key role in advancing Dynanet’s healthcare innovation initiatives and strengthening our partnerships across the industry. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Adrien Le Gendre
Adrien Le Gendre joins Dynanet Corporation as an IT Subject Matter Expert. Adrien has more than ten years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms and custom applications for both federal and commercial organizations. Adrien has lead projects through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and agile management to development, deployment, and training for both team members and end users. Adrien enjoys working on personal AI development and full-stack projects, mobile gaming, and dog training.
Trey Saddler
Trey Saddler joins Dynanet Corporation as as Computer and Information Research Scientist – SME. He is supporting the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) as Information Technology Support for the Modernization of Collection of Alternative Methods for Regulatory Application (CAMERA) Project. Trey has lived in Durham, NC, for the past decade, and is most interested in anything related to AI and large language models (LLMs).
Alexander Cole
Alexander Cole joins Dynanet as a Management Analyst SME. Alexander has seven years of experience in environmental toxicology, with focuses on high-throughput methods and new approach methodologies (NAMs) for the reduction and refinement of animal testing and increased efficiency of chemical risk assessment. Outside of work, Alexander is an avid rock and ice climber, and has other hobbies including skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
Jacob Noble
Jacob Noble is joining Dynanet as a Records Manager. Jacob ensures that critical records are always accessible and well-protected. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jacob is passionate about sports and finds joy as a member of a church singing group, enriching his community through music and teamwork.
Antonio Freiria
Antonio Freiria is joining Dynanet as an Executive Support Specialist supporting HHS. He has been supporting U.S. government–funded international programs with a focus on project coordination, interagency engagement, and logistical planning. Outside of work he loves hiking, running, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with his dog.
Cody Cathey
Creighton “Cody” Cathey is joining Dynanet as a Sr. IT Business Analyst supporting HHS. Cody has experience in child welfare technology, data modernization, and program analysis, including work with the Administration for Children & Families on digital transformation initiatives. He brings a strong background in bridging technical teams and mission leadership to drive clear requirements, streamlined workflows, and effective program delivery. Outside of work, Cody enjoys building creative side projects, exploring new technology, and spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their dog, Luna.
