Dynanet is currently seeking a Program Manager who will plan, organize, direct, and control program needs to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved. This person will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent program tasks, providing expert direction and guidance to team members, developing schedules, formulating work plans, managing and controlling project funds and resources, and serving as the primary point of contact to Government CORs/Task Monitors and/or customer personnel. We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, results oriented, and adaptable. This role will involve a range of responsibilities to include:

  • Interact regularly with government personnel to ensure quality performance on the contract
  • Interact with Government project teams and key stakeholders to gain consensus on project parameters
  • Interact regularly with Dynanet Project Managers and project team personnel to ensure exceptional project performance and delivery
  • Lead periodic Program Management Reviews with the government to ensure quality performance and progression to meeting contract goals
  • Monitor and manage the contract for cost, schedule and scope and provide written Monthly Contract Status Reports
  • Provide leadership to bring innovation and Dynanet corporate capability to the customer to accomplish their mission. Become knowledgeable and fluent on discussing Dynanet capabilities

   

  

Professional Qualifications

  •  Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years of IT experience. At least 8 years of direct supervision of IT software development, integration, maintenance projects, and/or telecommunications systems. Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems. 
  • Must have experience leading and or managing Government programs of at least $25 million. Preference will be given to candidates with HHS program experience and Development and Sustainment best practices.
  • Experience managing programs leveraging  an Agile program/project management approach
  • Excellent leadership, peer management, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management
  • Ability to maintain full oversight of program and develop program/project roadmaps and key management plans
  • Experience with ServiceNow Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) for program/project tracking and reporting
  • Experience managing remote and collocated teams

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree Preferred)
  • PMP
  • Agile Certification(s)
