Situation
Dynanet supports NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) by providing:
- Enterprise architecture
- Automation candidate identification
- TBM alignment
- Clarity PPM tool development
Process
Dynanet developed strategies and policies that aligned the NASA OCIO IT portfolio vision with the mission needs of the 10 NASA Centers.
We reviewed and analyzed processes and tools related to IT portfolio management, CPIC, and EA functions to support NASA’s IT governance process and enable the NASA OCIO to move from their current state to the future state. This also included a review of all manual processes that could be automated with the application of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
Results
Dynanet implemented process improvements and provided recommendations to help streamline IT investment management. This included IT investment prioritization to eliminate duplication within NASA’s IT portfolio and the adoption of technologies to achieve the future state.
