Dynanet won a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for Enterprise Case Management System Services (ECMS).  The contract vehicle has a five year period of performance. The project scope is similar to the support  that we have been providing for OPM’s Strategic Information Technology Plan in support of operation and maintenance (O&M) and modernization of the legacy Case Management System Personnel Investigation Processing System (PIPS).
