Dynanet is providing Infrastructure and Operations Support Services for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in executing and accomplishing SAMHSA’s mission and objectives. The scope of this effort includes providing IT support services necessary to support a full range of IT Infrastructure and Operations services and to support SAMHSA’s AWS environment. Infrastructure and Operations services include Cloud Environment Management; Cloud Networking; Infrastructure Security Compliance; Architecture Support; Analysis and Guidance; Data Visualization and Analytics Support; Database Support and Maintenance (including RDS); System Integration and Management; Technical Testing and Evaluation; Systems Administration; Infrastructure Optimization; Program Management; and Infrastructure Customer Support.
