Ms. Pauls brings years of management and supervisory experience to Dynanet, with extensive knowledge of CMMI certification processes and ISO 9001 internal auditing. Ms. Pauls is a CMMI Certified Audit Team Member and is an integral member of Dynanet’s ISO 9001-2015 Quality Control team.
As Recruiting Coordinator, Ms. Pauls was instrumental in the implementation of the new Applicant Tracking System. Some of her responsibilities include writing comprehensive job descriptions, posting new requisitions on the company website and other hiring websites, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, coordinating phone and face to face interviews, formatting resumes, conducting employment eligibility verification through e-Verify, implementing and managing the Onboarding process/New Hire Orientation, and coordinating and tracking Employee Training.
Ms. Pauls continues her training and education through community college courses and the Society of Human Resources Management to keep up with the ever-changing business of recruiting, hiring and employee retention.
