Senior Director of Emerging Technologies
Mohamed has an outstanding IT career distinguished by consistent achievements in making IT operations more efficient, reducing costs, and continually exceeding stakeholders’ expectations. He is an innovative thinker with sound expertise in areas of strategic planning, IT infrastructure design/architecture, and high-performing teams development.
Prior to joining Dynanet, Mohamed spent over 17 years in informational technology roles in both private and public sectors. Most recently, as Program Manager and Technical Lead he supported core business systems of the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). At GSA, he partnered with government leadership and stakeholders to evaluate and put in place new technologies, improve existing applications, and retire legacy solutions. In addition, he formulated a strategy to incorporate Cloud Computing and effective security policies. Currently, he serves as Senior Director of Technology. In this role, Mohamed is leading and advancing technical practices at Dynanet, as well as taking in all cutting-edge problems and approaches. He is also maintaining and delivering improvements on current practice areas and building out new practice initiatives based on emerging technologies, including Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence.
Mohamed obtained his Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan State University and his MBA from Colorado State University. He holds numerous certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3), and Sun Certified System Administrator (SCSA).
