Mr. Zinzi is a Business Development Director with the Dynanet Corporation whose primary focus is the creation of best-of-breed application development solutions tailored to its federal client’s requirements and resources. With over 35 years of management consulting and information technology experience, he is well-suited to assist organizations with their Information Technology requirements. His background includes managing, directing, and/or participating in various IT solutions development engagements in the federal government.

For the past several years, Mr. Zinzi has successfully led high priority programs for the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Federal Investigative Service. Dynanet employs 25 system developers at OPM to maintain and enhance its legacy application systems environment, the Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) and the EPIC transformation modernization development effort. This project will transform the current system to a JAVA / web based interface along with the move to a relational database. The plan includes provisions to mitigate the risk of incorporating new technology to critical, time-sensitive processes by providing for a safe recovery path through the legacy systems.

Mr. Zinzi led the Dynanet General Services Administration’s (GSA) development team, which consists of 16 system developers, for the GSA Financial Applications Maintenance and Enhancement project (FAME) as a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin.

Mr. Zinzi attended St. Bonaventure University.
