Issue

GSA CIO wanted to consolidate 40 separate infrastructure IT contracts into one to save money. Dynanet was hired to help with implementation of this initiative, support the business lines, and identify and manage performance metrics.

Solution

Dynanet's scope of work encompassed all aspects of GSA's transformation (management, planning, design, and implementation) of the IT Infrastructure and data center management. We ensured the 200+ contract staff performed in accordance with the SLAs and that GSA received the quality of services called for in the task order.

Results

Dynanet developed and executed the strategies to successful combine 40 contracts into a single contract saving the government $70M. Additionally, Dynanet managed the successful consolidation of 11 regional centers into seven centers with no service disruptions. We also evaluated and managed the successful consolidation of 15 help desks into a consolidated 24/7 help desk.
