Design and install an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to eight Federally Qualified Health Centers thru an HL7 connector
Client: State of Maryland, Maryland Community Health Integrated Partnership (CHIP)
CHIP provides community health centers with the business expertise to achieve the shared goal of quality improvement in the care they deliver. CHIP did not have the resources in house to create a strategic plan that encapsulated all the centers to create one EMR and as such, hired Dynanet to do so.
Dynanet developed workflow analysis and redesign maps; created forms documentation, chart migration, and user training; and performed go live support, post-live support, and quality metric report development. Additionally, Dynanet trained the CHIP staff to perform the on-going support.
Dynanet successfully implemented the largest non-hospital EMR in Maryland, with over 500 providers in 42 locations and comprising 11 different specialties such as internal medicine, OBGYN, etc.
