Description:
- Manages moderately complex programs/projects and provides team leadership and creativity in the development and implementation of service engagements.
- Sets objectives and priorities for the project staff, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and identifies staffing requirements.
- Assisting in the budgeting of required resources for successful project implementation and completion.
- Directs programs and projects or sub-projects, including project financials and manages and leads work teams.
- Sets objectives and priorities for the project staff, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and identifies staffing requirements.
- Manages team of web programmers supporting critical customer-facing/ public facing internal and external websites
- Supports business requests for website enhancements, integrations, design/redesign, etc.
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree; 7+ years.
- Must have at least a CSM, PMP, or other Project Management certification.
Technologies/Tools/Methodologies Experience:
- ServiceNow ITBM (desired)
- Design Thinking processes (Desired)
- Familiar with UI/UX (desired)
- Familiar with Wagtail (desired)
