Referral Guidelines

1. To refer a potential employee, please complete this form, including a copy of the prospective candidate’s resume (accepted formats: pdf, doc, docx, rtf, txt.)
2. If the candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a referral award of up to $1,000. The bonus check will be processed 60 days after employee referral hire.
