SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

Dynanet can perform work under the 22 functional areas in the following zones:

Dynanet Corporation, a minority-owned small business located in Elkridge, Maryland, has provided a range of information technology (IT) services to multiple Government agencies. Edmond Scientific Company (ESC), a service disabled veteran owned small business, is an engineering and professional services company. ESC combines advanced technological capabilities to deliver practical, customized solutions designed to address the unique information protection and technology needs of its Healthcare, Public Sector and Commercial sector clients. ESC brings technical expertise and innovative thinking in health data exchange protection and security, cyber security and electronic data discovery. Additionally, ESC is a leader in the development and verification of data integrity and access control standards, pilot demonstrations, and real-world implementations in healthcare, intelligence, and cross-enterprise data protection. TNDA Technologies, Inc. is a service disabled veteran owned small business made up of highly certified and experienced professionals who procure a more cogent understanding of the people, processes, and tools supporting Government services to optimize service delivery. They help organizational experts understand their services and systems better by digging deep and asking questions most companies don’t know need to be asked. It takes expertise in service management to keep an organization running smooth while in transition to enhanced or new services. Established in 2006, TNDA facilitates the change organizations need to embrace the future.

Quality Program

Team Dynanet’s quality control plan (QCP) is structured to address quality management for the full system development, maintenance, and operations life cycle. Our quality management approach focuses on proactively preventing errors from occurring rather than correcting defects after the fact. Team Dynanet’s quality management processes are integral to measuring, assessing, and providing feedback to improve Task Order management. Early identification of potential problems (risks) or existing problems (issues), and rapid implementation of actions to eliminate or mitigate them are fundamental components of our quality management approach.

Team Dynanet performs a Quality Assurance (QA) review for every Task Order, which conform to our ISO 9000:2015, SEI CMMI, and ITIL compliance practices and protocols. This review identifies potential issues and raises them to the Task Order Project Manager and Program Manager for mitigation, assisting in keeping the Task Order on schedule and within budget, and meeting requirements. Team Dynanet performs QA reviews at designated checkpoints throughout the Task Order’s duration and at appropriate times in the implementation life cycle.
